SHIPPING POLICY

1. ORDER PROCESSING

Order Cut-Off Time: 6PM (EST)

Processing time: All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

You will receive a Delivery Confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

3. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

We make every effort to display the latest and most accurate product inventory information. We will notify you directly in the event that product availability changes.

4. TRANSPORTATION COSTS

Standard shipping is $6.99 for all orders.

5. TRANSPORTATION UNIT

We work with the US Postal Service and other shipping carriers to ensure your order arrives safely.

6. DELIVERY TIME

Estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 days.

Please note that there will be circumstances we cannot foresee such as weather conditions or logistical difficulties that may result in minor delays. Please allow additional shipping days for delivery. If there is a delay in shipping, we will contact you via email. In these cases, we will contact you.

7. LOST ORDER

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages that may be lost during shipping. It is the recipient’s responsibility to locate packages. However, we will do everything in our power to assist you.

8. DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please ensure that the delivery address provided at checkout is correct and complete. We are not responsible for any delays or delivery problems due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
