RETURNS POLICY
30 DAY RETURN
In case you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) to us in original condition with all labels attached within 30 days of order date . Laundered or worn items cannot be returned or exchanged.
RETURN CONDITIONS
All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, have original tags intact, and be repackaged in the original packaging if applicable.
All items must be in original, resalable condition.
Make sure the items are well packaged to avoid any damage during transportation.
TRANSPORT
We are not responsible for return shipping fees. In the event that we make an error when shipping your order, we will happily refund the cost of your return.
Returns guaranteed on a trackable service, we are not responsible for the package until it is delivered back to us.
We are not responsible for any damage or loss to returns during shipping.
CANCEL ORDER BEFORE DELIVERY
Within 24 hours of your order. If you have any requests, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can deal with them promptly.
DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEMS
For defective items, please do not return the item to us until you have emailed our customer service department (email address can be found on the contact us page) stating clearly state your order number, daytime contact number, your name and address as well as your reason for return. Please note that all defective items will be returned to the manufacturer for professional inspection, once the manufacturer has verified the defect a repair, exchange or refund may be available.
REFUND POLICY
You have 30 days to return the product to us from the date of delivery for a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused or unworn. Used, with tags and in original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUND
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return.
We will notify you immediately about the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit/debit card or gift voucher of your choice.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, please contact your bank. There will typically be some processing time before the refund is sent.
